Natural, mined diamonds are ethically sourced by our trusted vendors. All of our vendors have protocol in place to guarantee certification through the Kimberly Process, which regulates trade in rough diamonds to prevent the flow of conflict diamonds while helping to protect legitimate trade in rough diamonds.

Natural diamonds will come with GIA certification and cultivated diamonds will come with an IGI certification. Note: Some certificates may be digital copies only. For more information on certificates, visit our FAQ page.

Quality guaranteed we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit on fine jewelry that is in brand new, unworn condition, and in its original packaging. Engagement rings, custom pieces and engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. Pieces that appear to be damaged must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label by email. The package must be scanned by UPS within 7 days of receiving the return label. Please note, insured shipping costs will be deducted from your final store credit or exchange value.

In order to accurately size your ring, we recommend visiting your local jeweler for an in-house sizing and using a ring sizer with a comparable width to the design you're interested in. All pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted in the product description. In-stock pieces will ship within 5 to 7 business days of purchase, as each piece undergoes a thorough cleaning before being sent out. International, two-day, and overnight shipping options are available for additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that all orders require an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send tracking information and confirm that someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
