All of our vendors have protocol in place to guarantee certification through the Kimberly Process, which regulates trade in rough diamonds to prevent the flow of conflict diamonds while helping to protect legitimate trade in rough diamonds.

Quality guaranteed, we want you to love your jewelry. Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit on fine jewelry up to $2,500 if the item is in brand-new, unworn condition, and in its original packaging. Engagement rings, custom pieces, engraved products and fine jewelry over $2,500 are not eligible for return, with no exceptions. Please note, sample sale items are final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. Pieces that appear to be damaged must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label by email. The package must be scanned by UPS within 7 days of receiving the return label. Please note, insured shipping costs will be deducted from your final store credit value.

In order to accurately size your ring, we recommend visiting your local jeweler for an in-house sizing and using a ring sizer with a comparable width to the design you're interested in. All pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted in the product description. In-stock pieces will ship within 5 to 7 business days of purchase, as each piece undergoes a thorough cleaning before being sent out. International, two-day, and overnight shipping options are available for additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that all orders require an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send tracking information and confirm that someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
